Comprehensive Warranty
Preferred Trades guarantees all works performed as part of your roof replacement, ensuring the highest level of quality workmanship and providing peace of mind. We provide a 6 year 3 month warranty on all roof replacements as required by the governing state body – the Queensland Building and Construction Commission.
Insurance & Licences
